Domain Name Registration Terms and Conditions
This document establishes the specific conditions governing the registration, renewal, transfer, and management of domain names through Vmotic. By contracting any domain service with us, the client (hereinafter, the “Registrant”) unreservedly accepts the following terms, which complement our General Terms and Conditions.
1. Identification of the Registrar
For the provision of domain name registration services, Vmotic acts as an authorized reseller. The ICANN-accredited Registrar through which domains are managed and registered is Soluciones Corporativas IP, S.L. (DonDominio).
2. Acceptance of the ICANN Registration Agreement
Any registration, renewal, or transfer of a generic top-level domain (gTLD) is subject to the regulations of the Internet Corporation for Assigned Names and Numbers (ICANN). By requesting a domain through Vmotic, the Registrant agrees to be bound by and strictly comply with the current ICANN Registration Agreement.

3. Whois Privacy and Proxy Services
In order to protect the Registrant’s personal data from third parties, Vmotic and the Registrar exclusively offer and use the integrated identity protection service (Whois Privacy), authorized and managed by the Registrar itself (DonDominio).
To comply with ICANN and Registrar policies, the use of external or third-party Whois privacy or proxy services for domains managed through the Vmotic platform is strictly prohibited.
4. Registrant Rights and Responsibilities
As a domain name registrant, you have a series of fundamental rights and responsibilities stipulated by ICANN to ensure the transparency and proper functioning of the Internet. It is mandatory that you are aware of this information.

5. Data Accuracy and Whois Lookup
The Registrant agrees to provide true, accurate, and up-to-date contact information for the domain registration. ICANN requires this information to be validated periodically. Providing false data or failing to update contact information may result in the suspension or cancellation of the domain.

6. Amendments
Vmotic reserves the right to modify these Domain Registration Terms and Conditions at any time to adapt to new requirements from ICANN, the Registrar, or changes in applicable legislation.
